About Be Well:  Host Tom Tessereau is the headmaster at a very unusual school in St Louis, Missouri that uses massage therapy and energy work as the foundation for a training program for a new kind of wellness professional.  A student of renowned Pranic Healing Grand Master, Choa Kok Sui, Tom has an extensive background in breath and energy work, massage therapy, Biocraniopathy, nutrition and a host of other subjects that he explores with his guests.

This Episode: Terrie Yardley-Nohr is a pioneer in massage therapy and massage therapy education.  Terrie, along with a group of massage therapists from Missouri worked together for passage of the Missouri law that regulates massage therapists.  Terrie teaches on the faculty of the Healing Arts Center in St. Louis.  She is also the Director of Special Clinics and in 2015 launched a free cancer clinic for patients in treatment for cancer.  Over the years The Healing Arts Center has treated many cancer patients and has developed protocols to alleviate the stress of harsh cancer treatments like chemotherapy and radiation treatment.  HAC's Free Cancer Clinic uses energy practices such as Reiki to communicate intense compassion along with other massage therapy modalities to restore quality of life for its clients - with amazing success.
