Before Gabbie’s path guided her to The Healing Art Center, she had been a service provider in the field of Cosmetology since 2009. Gabbie had been managing Salon and Spa for 8 years prior to going back to school. Most of that time was spent running a small franchise of seven hair salons in Illinois, and it was here where she discovered her love of helping people.
Gabbie first entered The Healing Arts Center as a student in 2021. She graduated October 2022 knowing that she wanted to show how beneficial massage was to as many people as possible. Gabbie still practices massage on the weekends. But most of her time is spent in the office working with the incoming students because she realizes that utilizing her strengths in the office helps get more massage therapists in the world.
When she is not at the school or the spa, you can find Gabbie:
- spending time with her family
- doing home improvement projects
- attending spiritual weekend retreats
