By that I mean that the invitation to go ever more deeply into the quiet within myself as I meld with my client, subjugating my ego in the service of the healing taking place under my hands has continued to spread into & inform all aspects of my life. Who among us wouldn’t benefit from easier access to patience, tolerance, & the ability to let things unfold in their own time? The fascination with the multitude of movements revealed to patient palpation has helped to hone my focus, allowing me to develop more Presence, a gift I can share in all my interactions, on or off the table. Surprising (to me) has been the unbidden enhancement of accessibility to my intuition, something that I had formerly believed required effort & training to develop. Not that effort & training will not augment intuitive development, but, in my case, learning to be more still & attentive has created a space for that aspect of myself to enter into regular contact with my “everyday mind.” These, in turn, have allowed results to unfold for my clients that I would normally have deemed beyond my skills. The positive & lasting results for my clientele say otherwise. None of the above were reasons that initially interested me in Craniosacral Therapy, but their continued unfolding keeps me in a delighted state of surprise & wonder each time I get to share this type of connection with another. Interested? Please join me this April at The Healing Arts Center in St. Louis to open new doors within, for yourself, for your clients. See you soon…Nicholas Craniosacral Therapy
