NutriFormance is looking for 2 Licensed Massage Therapists to make the transition as we move to our new home in Creve Couer.
We are seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist who desires to work with an active clientele who considers massage and fitness a regular part of their wellness program. Ideal candidate should be comfortable working with clients whose massage needs range from Sports Massage, Swedish, and Deep Tissue. It’s an added bonus if you have structural integration or orthopedic experience. These individuals should also present themselves in a professional, HIPPA compliant manor. In our health club setting you will truly be able to benefit your clients through massage because collaboration with Trainers, Pilates Instructors and Physical Therapists is key to their success. Some evenings and/or weekends maybe required.

Therapist responsible for:

• Maintaining Missouri License and liability insurance
• Prompt writing of SOAP notes
• Rebooking and offering ‘homework’ at the end of sessions
• Presenting a clean massage room
• Arriving 15 minutes before your first scheduled appointment
• Some client communication required outside of scheduled hours

Key Responsibilities:
· Deliver exceptional massage therapy sessions using diverse techniques
· Create a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients
· Maintain professional and ethical standards in all interactions and treatments
· Collaborate with the Bloom Mind + Body Co. team to enhance the overall client experience
· Stay updated on the latest wellness trends and massage techniques
· Utilize social media and marketing strategies to engage with the community and promote services

Qualifications:
· Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) in Missouri
· Proficiency in deep tissue massage and other therapeutic modalities
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Passion for holistic health and wellness
· Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
· Flexibility to work some evenings and Saturdays
​· Familiarity with social media and marketing strategies is a plus

Expectations of the Contractor:
· Provide services in accordance with Bloom Mind + Body Co.'s standards and policies
​· Maintain liability insurance as required by state regulations
· Ensure the treatment space is clean, organized, and welcoming
· Respect client confidentiality and privacy at all times
