Every Body Massage may be the place for you! We have been open in St. Louis for massage since 2016 and added skincare in 2019. We opened our Shrewsbury location in August 2023.
• This is an Independent Contractor/1099 position, which provides a lot of freedom. You only provide the services you want, and only come in when you have appointments.
• If the client is provided, commission is 50%; if you bring your own clients, commission is 60% to you.
• We provide all supplies needed to perform services, including linens. If you do not like the items supplied, you are free to use your own. As a trade-off for using linens, everyone pitches in to do laundry.
• We have a receptionist at the St. Louis office, but everyone is trained how to check clients in and out and how to make appointments.
• We have 8 rooms in St. Louis (2 for esthetics), and 4 in Shrewsbury (1 for esthetics). • There is 1 Ashiatsu room with bars at each location. The rooms are on a first come basis, so they are shared.
• We have a great team with no drama and nearly no turnover.
• Requirements:

• current Missouri license and liability insurance.
• Ability to work well independently and within a collaborative group.

Part-time LMT position
​Position Summary:
To provide the guest with a professional, friendly Spa experience.
Expected Contributions:

• Prepare Spa and service rooms at the start of each shift.
• Provide professional and friendly massages and spa treatments following the procedures outlined in the Spa Manual and Missouri Board of Therapeutic Massage regulations.

• Be knowledgeable of retail products and attempt to sell and upsell products to guests.
• Will be responsible for supply inventory control.

• Restock linens and product supplies at the end of each shift.
• Post tickets, ring up purchases on POS system, answer phones and schedule spa appointments, between services, as needed.

• Will perform daily paperwork of spa transactions.
• Make Spa Lead aware of any instances of guest dissatisfaction.

• Physical agility is a must.
• Will perform other duties as required.
