​Monthly Breathwork Session

Tuition: $30 for a single class
or $90 for 4 classes when you buy the 4-Pack

Prerequisite: Introduction to Breathwork Workshop, Releasing 2024 Creating 2025, Breathwork Master Track, or Advanced Techniques with Tom in the Massage Therapy Training Program
HAC's monthly Breathwork classes allow HAC graduates and students who have had Introduction to Breathwork training the opportunity to participate in coached group sessions.  The classes are led by HAC Headmaster Tom Tessereau and Sabrina Tessereau and are held on the 2nd Sunday of every month.

*Our Retail store is not open on Sundays for phone calls or sales. The Breathwork Instructors will be on the premises shortly before the session starts to welcome all participants. Reservations/payments for Breathwork can be made online through  Wellness Living in advance.  Walk-ins are welcome with the proper prerequisites and payments can be made in person before the start of the group session.

​Please arrive 15 minutes early to find your spot, set up your cushions and get settled.

What to Bring:  Wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a notepad and pen, a pillow (or two) and something comfortable to lie on (may include a blanket, yoga mat, eye pillow, etc.)

Here's what you can expect:
  1. ​30 minute preparation and 45-60 minute group breathwork session
  2. Release old inhibiting patterns and toxins from your physical body, re-energize your cells and activate your body's ability to heal itself.
  3. Clarify your mind by identifying and releasing thoughts and beliefs that are limiting you, and reprogram your goals and desires with new insight, understanding, and awareness.
  4. Release suppressed emotional baggage and bring in light, love and joy!
  5. Free yourself from old limiting breathing habits that are keeping you stuck and restricting you, so that you are free to flow with life.

*People with serious conditions diagnosed by a mental health professional may not be candidates for this group setting.  Please call to discuss if in question.  An individual session may be best for these conditions.  Participants will be signing a liability release form at the beginning of class taking personal responsibility for their participation and experience.
