Introduction to Breathwork
Learn the basics of Breathwork and see for yourself how this powerful healing modality will transform your life. Gain insight into your breathing habits and how to breathe openly and effectively.
Breathwork techniques use "conscious connected breathing". Connecting the inhale with the exhale consciously and continuously quickly connects us to our core, to each other, to Nature and to our wider life experience. Conscious Breathing opens a channel to the deeper realities of life, providing the groundwork for personal development and reaching higher states of consciousness.
What to Bring: Wear loose comfortable clothing, bring a notepad and pen, and something comfortable to lie on (may include blankets, sleeping bag, cushions/pillows, bolster, eye pillow etc.)
*Participants who complete this course are invited to attend our Monthly Breathwork Sessions.

This class begins with videotaping your movement pattern & posture, then exploring innovative structural, functional, & consciousness principles to help you, and your clients, re-align their body-mind mechanics. You'll even start to see the physical manifestation of unconscious movement habits & patterns as well as energy & attitudes!

In this class you will learn about the history of Reiki, be guided through the hand placements, and receive the level one attunements. |

Continue on your Reiki journey! In this class you will receive another attunement and gain a deeper understanding of Reiki as well as learn the Reiki symbols.
Please note the changes to workshop tuition and cancellation policy:
All tuition/fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. The last day to register for a class/workshop is 1 day (24 hours) before the start of the class/workshop. Late registrations may be accepted at the discretion of the Healing Arts Center and the class/workshop instructor.
If you must cancel your class/workshop attendance within 7 days of the event, the Healing Arts Center may retain a portion or all of the class/workshop fee.
If you cancel 7 days to 3 days before the start of the class/workshop, we will retain $100 of the workshop tuition.
If you cancel 2 days to 0 days before the start of the class/workshop, there will be no refund of the workshop tuition.
If a class/workshop is postponed due to inclement weather, your tuition will be applied toward the new date for the class/workshop which will be scheduled as soon as possible. If you would like to request a refund for a postponed class/workshop, we will retain $100 of the workshop tuition.

*The Healing Arts Center is proudly accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC) for the 600-hour massage therapy training certificate only. ACCSC does not accredit individual Master Track courses or CEU offerings separately for this or any institution.
