Continue on your Reiki journey! In this class you will receive another attunement and gain a deeper understanding of Reiki as well as learn the Reiki symbols.
Thai for the Table
Thai for the Table is a class for massage therapists where one learns a sequence of compressions, stretches, and movements as they are found throughout Thailand. Although Thai Massage is often practiced on a mat on the floor, it can easily be adapted to the table so it can be more accessible for the client and more practical for the therapist. Thai Massage is received fully clothed, and we will not use oils or lotions for this class.
Although there will be a short lesson about history, culture and theory of this type of therapy, it will be a mostly hands on class taught by a seasoned and highly educated instructor. Most of all, it will be fun and enlightening, even for those massage therapists who have been practicing for many years.
Students should wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing, and shoulders and legs should be covered when receiving Thai Massage. A t-shirt or long sleeve shirt and sweatpants work well.
What to Bring:
Every year, even to this day, Paul returns to Thailand to visit and honor his teachers as well as to keep learning from them. In 2008, Paul founded Blue Lotus Thai Healing Studies in order share this wonderful practice with others and to honor his teachers who requested that he pass on this knowledge. With great humbleness and gratitude for all the students who have gone through the program, Blue Lotus is still thriving in Chicago and around the world.

- See & assess your client’s movement and structural pattern and do neuro-myofascial bodywork with them so they can be more in alignment & functioning with Gravity.
- Help clients release their aches, pain and restrictions that have shaped their energy, movement, & posture and affected their body-mind awareness.
- Teach your clients Gravidynamics Spiraling Movement from & around their core axis, that aligns and moves their body in a healthier way with the earth’s Gravity.
- Train clients how to direct their nerve energy flow into troubled areas of their body to release pain, movement restrictions and gain greater flexibility and mobility.
- Use Conscious Dialoguing to support your clients experiencing the flow of their breath & heartfelt energy with their movement, structure, and body-mind awareness

Join us for the third and final Reiki course this October 19 and 20! In this class you will learn about the Master Symbol, receive an attunement, learn how to give Reiki attunements, and even learn to lead Reiki classes.
Please note the changes to workshop tuition and cancellation policy:
- All tuition/fees must be paid in full at the time of registration unless a payment plan option is available for an individual workshop. The last day to register for a class/workshop is 1 day (24 hours) before the start of the class/workshop. Late registrations will only be accepted at the discretion of the Healing Arts Center and the class/workshop instructor and by calling (314) 647-8080.
- Discounted Tuition Rates: Some workshops offer discounted tuition rates for HAC students/graduates and retakes. If applicable, this information and price is listed on the specific workshop sections above. To qualify for the discounted rate, students must CALL the Healing Arts Center to register over the phone, and provide documentation of HAC graduation or the completion of the specific workshop via email to [email protected] during the registration process. Online registration is not available for discounted tuition rates. If a student cannot furnish proof of completion, they will not be eligible for the discounted tuition rate.
- If you must cancel your class/workshop attendance within 7 days of the event, there will be no refund of the workshop tuition.
- If a class/workshop is postponed due to inclement weather, your tuition will be applied toward the new date for the class/workshop which will be scheduled as soon as possible. If you would like to request a refund for a postponed class/workshop, we will retain $100 of the workshop tuition.
- Any refund of tuition fees will be returned within two weeks.
*Please NOTE: If you are a past or current HAC student, you must pay the full tuition at the time of registration AND be caught up with your account in order to register and attend all HAC courses. Students with a past due balance will be removed from any enrolled courses. Please contact HAC at (314) 647-8080 with any questions regarding your account.
