Introduction to Breathwork

​Join us as we end the year with a special breathwork class with Tom and Sabrina Tessereau on New Year's Eve for Releasing 2024 and Creating 2025.

Tom Tessereau, CBC, LMT, Certified Transformational Breath Facilitator and Headmaster of The Healing Arts Center will lead you through a series of therapeutic processes designed to release and forgive the past, consciously clarify goals and aspirations, and empower and energize your intention so that you can attract and manifest your heart's desires in the coming year.

Reiki One

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. In this class you will learn about the history of Reiki, be guided through the hand placements, and receive the level one attunements.

Please note the changes to workshop tuition and cancellation policy:

  • All tuition/fees must be paid in full at the time of registration unless a payment plan option is available for an individual workshop. The last day to register for a class/workshop is 1 day (24 hours) before the start of the class/workshop. Late registrations will only be accepted at the discretion of the Healing Arts Center and the class/workshop instructor and by calling (314) 647-8080.
  • Discounted Tuition Rates: Some workshops offer discounted tuition rates for HAC students/graduates and retakes. If applicable, this information and price is listed on the specific workshop sections above. To qualify for the discounted rate, students must CALL the Healing Arts Center to register over the phone, and provide documentation of HAC graduation or the completion of the specific workshop via email to [email protected] during the registration process. Online registration is not available for discounted tuition rates. If a student cannot furnish proof of completion, they will not be eligible for the discounted tuition rate. 
  • If you must cancel your class/workshop attendance within 7 days of the event, there will be no refund of the workshop tuition.
  • If a class/workshop is postponed due to inclement weather, your tuition will be applied toward the new date for the class/workshop which will be scheduled as soon as possible. If you would like to request a refund for a postponed class/workshop, we will retain $100 of the workshop tuition.
  • Any refund of tuition fees will be returned within two weeks.
*Please NOTE: If you are a past or current HAC student, you must pay the full tuition at the time of registration AND be caught up with your account in order to register and attend all HAC courses. Students with a past due balance will be removed from any enrolled courses. Please contact HAC at (314) 647-8080 with any questions regarding your account.
*The Healing Arts Center is proudly accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC) for the 600-hour massage therapy training certificate only. ACCSC does not accredit individual Master Track courses or CEU offerings separately for this or any institution. ​
