Requests may take up to two weeks to process.
Transcript requests cost $8 per transcript. This fee will be paid through our WellnessLiving portal after you complete the form below. You will need to create an account in WellnessLiving to be able to complete the online transaction.
If you are not current with your payments to The Healing Arts Center, you will
need to speak with our comptroller, Carrington "Gabbie" Jarvis, before your transcript will be processed.
This transcript request is only for HAC's Massage Therapy Training Program.
It is the massage therapist's responsibility to maintain records of Continuing Education classes.
The Healing Arts Center will not provide any records or replacement certificates for a continuing education course.
