The Healing Arts Center is proud to announce the newest inductees into The Order of Twin Hearts. Five students who have met the requirements to be eligible for this honor have been chosen. It is HAC’s highest acknowledgement of a student.  Order of Twin Hearts members embody the spirit of the Healing Arts Center in their being, their skills, and their passion for healing. Eligible students are nominated by faculty and also must meet minimum requirements for attendance.
The newest inductees into the Order of Twin Hearts  for Spring 2018 are:
  • Hayley Clark
  • Kaitlyn Fogle
  • Laura Gladis
  • Matt Tarrillion
  • Amy Vialton
May 25th these students participated in the Red Robe Ceremony, graduating from the Massage Therapy Training Program with their other classmates at the Healing Arts Center. Each nominee received a certificate commemorating being inducted into the Order of Twin Hearts.  They also received the traditional gold crown chakra pendant in addition to the silver heart chakra pendant that all graduates receive.  These two chakra pendants together symbolize "the twin hearts".  It is the union of these two chakras that is the source of the Meditation on Twin Hearts, meditation on world peace and universal wellness for which the honor society is named.  The meditation is significant because it links the heart and crown chakras to draw down divine energy to empower compassion and healing on a global level.  This teaching is central to the Healing Arts Center's mission as a school that is educating students to be compassionate healers.
Inductees into the Order of Twin Hearts are notable for meeting the requirements to be eligible, which include:
  • At least 90% original attendance in all classes
  • Reflect the compassion and deep commitment to the consciousness of healing that is the true spirit of HAC education.
  • Have shown high technical competency in the art they are studying
  • And receive at least two nominations from two different members of the HAC faculty.
The Healing Arts Center was honored and delighted to induct these newest members of the Order of Twin Hearts into the roll of HAC's honor society.
