This is my professional space where I have worked since 2015. It’s a great space in a great location and I am seeking a therapist to share it with me as I cut back my in-office hours.
Space Details: Quiet space, fully furnished, well maintained, calm and welcoming. Comfort Craft Power lift table w/foot pedestals. Pillows and bolsters at your disposal and an AMAZING stool. Microwave in space and free wifi.
Building Details: GREAT LOCATION! Located in an accessible building at the crossroads of Delmar & McKnight (@170). Tons of parking, elevator access, quiet, well maintained, secure, lots of professionals in building so it feels very safe space for new (aka unknown) clients. Attentive landlord.
Leasing Details: I will rent to one therapist who will have access to all three days. Respect for mutual space is a must! The only thing you need to supply are sheets, blankets, speaker, and oils. There is room in the office for you to store all these things and you are responsible to launder your own linens and keeping the space in the same manner as you find it.
Candidate must pay for background check w/St. Louis County Police Department, furnish a copy of Massage License and Certificate of Insurance.
Cost: $300/month for access to all three days for the month -- I am willing to negotiate if I can have occasional access on Monday or Tuesday. I am looking to start immediately and will prorate if moving in mid-month.

Great Day has an assistant at the desk during the day.
Appointments are scheduled through Great Day office directly.
Must know your schedule three months in advance and keep consistent hours if possible.
Therapists are paid a flat-rate for services provided. The rates are $20/30 min, $25/45 min, $31/60 min, and $46/90 min massages.
Tips included in massage payment will be part of your check. Cash tips are given directly to therapist to record.
Therapists are paid on Wednesday after each week ends.

Qualifications

Must be a State-licensed therapist or have completed equivalent testing.
Must have up-to-date insurance.
City license will need to be acquired upon hiring. Great Day will pay for the City license.
Professional, proficient, and punctual
Design specific sessions based on client’s individual needs

Duties

Therapists must be able to perform 30-, 45-, 60-, and 90-minute massages.
Seniority is considered first when scheduling.
When no one is at the desk, therapist needs to answer phone, listen to messages, and sell gift certificates. Laundry will need to be taken downstairs, switched, and brought up as needed.
In order to keep records current on Great Day’s clients, spa sheets should be filled out daily with details on payments and visit notes.
