Lumen Wellness & Counseling has a unique opportunity to join our growing team.  We are looking for a Lead Massage Therapist who shares our values and desires to promote the physical and emotional needs of our members.  We are hiring a motivated self-starter who is ready to further their career by leading the ground-up build of a massage therapy program within our boutique Wellness & Counseling setting.
To start, this role is expected to be part-time providing services to our members, creating the massage program and growing our member base.  As we grow, hours will increase to full time.  Further growth provides the opportunity to lead other massage therapists at our current location and planned future locations. 
We have a great 1st location, everything you need onsite, plenty of room for your ideas and firmly understand that our team is our greatest strength. 
Ideal candidate:

• Dedicated to the Wellness needs of our members
• Must have a Missouri massage therapy license
• 2+ years of experience and a solid knowledge of various techniques and treatment protocols
• Entrepreneurial spirit with focus on personal and professional growth
• References available
• Able to pass background check to work for a health care provider
