The Healing Arts Center is currently looking for individuals for our Front Desk team. This is a part-time position that may include days, evenings, or weekends for approximately 20 – 25 hours a week.
The ideal candidate possesses:
*Retail/customer service experience
*Computer/software skills including Mindbody, WellnessLiving and/or other appointment scheduling software, and Outlook applications.
*Ability to multi-task with answering phones, checking clients in and out of our clinic and completing sales transactions
*Must thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
