-St. Louis Healthcare Solutions is looking for a LMT to sublease space. Our current LMT is retiring. 
-Independent Contractor Status/Renting Room. The room will become available June 1st, 2024. 
-The room available is 7.5’ x 15.5’ with two windows that have shades and curtains. 
-The LMT will be responsible for scheduling and collecting their own charges, earning 100% of massage fees and tips.   
-The rent is $500/month which includes room, use of a large waiting room, Wi-Fi, and utilities.  
-The LMT would have to build their own clientele but will have a great referral source.  
-The LMT is completely able to make their own pricing and schedule. 
 
 
Massage Therapist Qualifications: 
Must be Missouri State Certified and Licensed. 
Must get Shrewsbury Business License. 
Professionalism with appearance and demeanor. 
Great customer service skills. 
Organized and have ability to manage your own schedule.
