Schafer Chiropractic Clinic Looking for Full or Part-time LMT

Dr. Breane Schafer of Schafer Chiropractic is looking for an additional LMT. Part time or Full time independent contractor (self-employed) option. LMT can set their own hours, but would be beneficial for this person to work at least 1 Saturday per month and/or 2-3 evenings per week when starting out to help build clientele. A set monthly rent for a newly graduated MT - $200 for first 3 months, $300 for 3 months, 7th month $400 thereafter.  Rent includes use of waiting room & front desk, utilities, use of washer/dryer/microwave, and bathroom supplies. MT must provide: table, linens, bolsters, music, speakers, lotion/oils, towels, scheduling services, point of sale system, intake forms, etc. MT must be IL State licensed and provide proof of insurance. Dr. Schafer and Karan Cook (current LMT) are willing to help a new graduate build their massage practice with patient referrals.
